Meet the Dads

Covey Potter

Drums

Covey keeps the whole bus rolling from behind the kit, driving the jams and holding down the groove with his dad Jeff on bass beside him. He is also the man to call to book the band.

Dad of 2

Jeff Potter

Bass and vocals

Jeff anchors the low end and sings, sharing the stage with his son Covey on drums. He is also the band's archivist: most of the shows on our YouTube channel are his recordings.

Dad of one

Justin Munning

Bobby guitar and vocals

Justin covers the Bob Weir chair, rhythm guitar and vocals. Before the Dads he co-founded the San Francisco folk-rock band Ten Mile Tide with his twin brother, touring for more than six years and recording four albums.

Dad of 2

Bill Daggett

Jerry guitar and vocals

Bill takes the Jerry Garcia role, lead guitar and vocals, spinning out the melodic lines that make a Dead song a Dead song.

Dad of 2

Pat Blizinski

Keyboards, organ and vocals

Pat brings the piano, organ and harmonies. A fixture of the Santa Cruz scene, he also plays keys and sings with Brightshine International, a band that blends 70s rock, old-school funk, Brazilian rhythms and late-60s jazz.
